Jungle Junkies

Jungle Junkies was a collaborative zine project created with friends, exploring real examples of animals that experience intoxication or altered behaviour through naturally occurring substances. For the project, I created two illustrated spreads — The Drunken Marula Fruit Eating Elephant and The Opioid Induced Wallaby — combining factual research with playful character design and visual storytelling. The illustrations were also adapted into button badge designs, alongside additional contributions including the back cover, end papers, and a custom repeat pattern used throughout the publication.
